Taking the step to improve yourself is a big decision. I'll partner with you on this journey as you move forward in a way that feels safe, yet challenging and transformative. Together, we will talk about your goals for therapy, explore what's getting in the way, and identify practical ways to meet your needs.

What to expect

First Session:  I will begin an assessment to determine what you hope to change and what's getting in the way.   One of the most important aspects of therapy is making sure that the relationship feels safe and comfortable- we'll spend time ensuring that the services offered will be a good fit for you.

Second Session:  I will learn more about you and your story.  This session focuses on your history, sources of strength, and areas for improvement. 

Third Session:   In this session we will create a "Treatment Plan" that will serve as a road map for our time together.  This plan outlines your goals, how we will measure them, and the steps needed to take in order to achieve them.
